CEO

Stella Nondumo-Buthelezi is a qualified Psychologist with previous experience in the retail and finance sector. She has been in the commercial property sector since 2002 and subsequently formed Affinity Properties in 2006. Stella is also a founding Director of Masawu Investments, which own 26% of Continental Coal Ltd.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Johan Redelinghuys has been involved in property for the last six years – first at Colliers International and later with Minenza Properties - after spending some time in the UK working in the insurance industry. He did a BA in Industrial Psychology and Economics at Stellenbosch University and an LLB through UNISA. Johan’s focus   has always been in industrial broking and in his new position he is responsible for formulating and implementing the strategic direction for the business, property asset management and, of course, broking.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

Sisa Nondumo’s background is marketing in the FMCG sector with Red Bull South Africa and in the retail sector with Pick n Pay. His focus shifted to property two years ago as a broker and assistant to the CEO of Affinity Properties. His duties include marketing Affinity Properties to all relevant markets, while providing strategic initiatives to position the company. His portfolio also includes PR and internal communications.
